Shortcut Keys for Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8

As we have moved to metro style setup in Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8.Sometime it find difficult to change our style of using shortcut key that we used in earlier Windows Server or Client version.

Thought to prepare a list of shortcut keys for Windows Server 2012 and Windows 8 which can be used and reduce our administrative effort on moving things faster.
