Step by step configuring Cisco VPN in Windows 8 Enterprise

Step by step configuring Cisco VPN in Windows 8 Enterprise
 Change the value as per the screenshot shown below

Now try to connect the VPN it will get connect. When connecting to RDP you will unable to connect them.
Enable logging in the Cisco VPN client. You will get the log as shown in the screenshot

AddRoute failed to add a route with metric of 100: code 160
                Destination         10.0.0.0
                Netmask              255.0.0.0
                Gateway              10.203.133.193
                Interface             10.203.133.250
  Open the"command prompt with "Run as Administrator" to add the below routing table in your computer
route add 10.0.0.0 mask 255.0.0.0 10.203.133.193 metric 100

    i am using win 8.1 and i used the route add command as said but it is not working
